At MyQuisoft, all products sold on our website are digital software licenses delivered electronically.
No physical items are shipped. Once the product is delivered and access is provided, it is considered received by the customer.
Refund Eligibility
We aim to provide a smooth and reliable customer experience.
A refund may be granted only in the following situations:
- The customer did not receive the license or download access after purchase.
- The access details provided are incorrect or incomplete.
- The software cannot be activated and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- An incorrect email address was entered during checkout.
- The customer successfully activated, installed, or used the software.
- The issue is caused by incompatible system requirements.
- The license was blocked due to misuse, sharing, or security violations.
- The customer changed their mind after delivery.
Returns
Since all products are delivered digitally, no physical return is required.
If a refund is approved, the license key will be permanently deactivated.
Refund Request Process

- Order Number
- Email Address Used During Checkout
- Description of the Problem
Our support team responds within 24–48 hours.
Processing Time
If approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days depending on your payment provider.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, we will refund the duplicate order after verification.
License Policy (Non-Transferability)
All licenses sold on MyQuisoft are assigned to the original buyer only.
Reselling, sharing, or transferring the license may result in permanent suspension without refund.
